Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

How long will an order take?

Normal processing is about 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange a non-defective item?

A change of mind, preference, or mistaken choice can qualify for a mailed return or exchange when requested within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, in original condition, and include its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How are mailed returns handled?

A free return label is included in the package. Approved returns do not carry a restocking fee, and nothing should be mailed back before authorization.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Contact us during the 30-day period with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. Exchanges depend on available stock.

When is an approved refund processed?

We process the refund to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Financial institutions can take additional time to post it.
